WHAT IS THE HISTORY OF SNEAKY SHORTS? The creator of Sneaky Shorts was tired of being ridiculed at tailgate parties for drinking water as the cure for his hangover. Seeing that he had this problem he believed others might as well. So, he created the first Sneaky Shorts to hide the fact that he was really trying to re-hydrate. After several iterations and modifications, the durable and fully concealable Sneaky Shorts were born. Now people can bring their beverage of choice where they want, when they want- because what you drink is your business.

WHO IS DR. SNEAKY? Dr. Sneaky is a product development and marketing company that focuses on enhancing our customers lives through innovative and highly usable, quality products.

PRODUCT SPECIFIC: HOW DO I CLEAN MY DR. SNEAKY SHORTS? Use hot, soapy water and rinse thoroughly with hot water. For tough cleaning jobs, add 1/4 cup of baking soda to 1 cup of water and shake for 30 seconds. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice, shake 10 seconds, and vent by opening cap. Repeat shaking and venting three times. Expel as much air as possible, close cap, and allow to soak 20 minutes. Rinse three times with hot water. Drain through dispensing tube. Caution: When adding lemon juice to baking soda, effervescence occurs and will cause pressure to build in a capped Dr. Sneaky.

CAN I PUT OTHER BEVERAGES IN MY DR. SNEAKY SHORTS? You can put a variety of beverages in your Sneaky Shorts. Liquids that are not for use with Dr. Sneaky Shorts include carbonated beverages, alcohol, and pulpy juices. Make sure you clean it thoroughly after each use to prevent bacteria from growing in the reservoir and/or tube.

HOW DO I CUSTOM FIT MY DR. SNEAKY SHORTS? Dr. Sneaky Shorts were designed for people of all sizes to have a snug, comfortable fit, and allow easy access to their beverage. Insert the belt through the large belt loops found at the top portion of Dr. Sneaky, tighten to comfort. The tube is longer than necessary so you may cut it so it hangs to your desired length when sitting or standing. Most customers adjust for the sitting position with tube hanging at ankle level. The trimmed piece of tube may be used for Dr. Sneaky wear with shorts. Simply replace the long tubes with the short pieces.

DOES DR. SNEAKY CHARGE SALES TAX? State laws require a Ohio-based business (such as Dr. Sneaky) to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Ohio addresses. In our case, the amount of sales tax collected is based on the tax rate for the City of Cleveland, Ohio. We are currently not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of any other states.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER? The easiest way to calculate your shipping costs is to let us do it for you. Shipping costs are determined by the method you wish to ship, and where. DO YOU STORE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS? No. Dr. Sneaky does not maintain a database of credit card numbers and names thereby eliminating the possibility of anyone obtaining your credit information for misuse from your account history information.

DO YOU SHARE MY EMAIL ADDRESS WITH ANY OTHER COMPANIES? No. Our policy at Dr. Sneaky dictates that we do not share personal data about our customers with anyone outside of our company unless necessary for order processing (for example UPS or other carriers).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? We've worked to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, at the lowest possible cost. Occasionally, we may encounter extremely heavy order volume, which may delay some packages. We make every attempt to ship orders as fast as possible, and we do attempt to contact customers should there be unforeseen delays due to stock shortages or other situations beyond our control. Most orders received by 5 PM EST, will ship out the same day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS BACK ORDERED? Dr. Sneaky will notify you via email if any items are on back order. Please contact us at info@drsneaky.com if you would like to make alternate arrangements such as substituting items, partial shipments, or canceling back-ordered items.

WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED? Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged in transit. Carriers are responsible for damaged items only if the damage is noted when you sign for your shipment. Please make sure to inspect the delivery for any damaged or missing items, and write the details of the items on the shipping documents. If a shipment is singed for in full, Dr. Sneaky will not be responsible for any damaged items.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY? Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. To cancel order, immediately e-mail returns@drsneaky.com, include your order number, name, and items to cancel. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY: Contact Dr. Sneaky immediately at returns@drsneaky.com as orders are often processed same day. A 25% restocking fee will apply for all returns. Must ship UNUSED PRODUCT at customers' expense, within one week of receipt of product for refund. Shipping will not be refunded. All returns must be authorized, all orders placed, fall under our terms and conditions of Dr. Sneaky Products. Items to be returned must be accompanied by the following items and approvals. A Return Authorization number must be requested no more than five days after receiving your order, this number must be pre-issued and be clearly marked on the outside of each box being returned. This number may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department at returns@drsneaky.com. Please note, we give all considerations to each request, this is a request not a guarantee. Only one RMA (Return Materials Authorization number) will be issued per request. Any non-defective items will be charged a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any credit due, these items still require a Return Authorization Number. All returned items must be in the original packaging and free of any stickers, tags, or other markings not originally on the item. Returned products must be in their original condition, unwrapped, unopened and in a resalable state. Your Return Authorization Number expires 10 days after issue. Any merchandise returned after the Return Authorization Number expires; will be discarded and no credit issued. All Returned orders must also be accompanied with their original packing list. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid; shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the refund unless it is in the company's error. We will not accept C.O.D. returns. The original merchandise must be received before any refund or exchange can be processed (no cross-shipping). Please allow up to three (3) weeks for processing once received by Dr. Sneaky Products and up to two (2) billing cycles for your statement to be affected, if paying by credit card. We require you send to us the product via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.

Please keep all original packaging! We will only accept a return if returned in original boxes that you received it in. All products, may be returned for exchange within 15 days from date of delivery (the products must be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect box and never used, with all manufacturers included accessories). You will be given a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how and where to ship. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Items returned for credit will be rejected if no authorization number has been issued or freight has not been prepaid. Items returned for restocking are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Special Order items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

By accepting delivery of Spy ware, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. Other Documents. Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest. Unless otherwise agreed to by Manufacturer in writing, Manufacturer must receive payment prior to Manufacturer's acceptance of an order. Payment for the products and services and support may be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless Manufacturer has agreed to credit terms. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the reverse side of this invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Manufacturer may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Manufacturer until accepted by Manufacturer. Any quotations given by Manufacturer will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.

Shipping Charges; Taxes. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice(s). Unless Customer provides Manufacturer with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Manufacturer's acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, except for Manufacturer's franchise taxes and taxes on Manufacturer's net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.

Title; Risk of Loss. Title to products passes from Manufacturer to Customer on shipment from Manufacturer's facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Manufacturer is Manufacturer's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility.

Warranties. Spy ware is warranted to the owner for the period of 90 days from date of purchase for defects from the Manufacturer, not by the dealer from whom the Spy ware was purchased. If the Spy ware develops such a defect within the 90 day period, it will be repaired (i.e. a new or reconditioned part will be installed or replaced) at our option, provided it is returned with proof of purchase, date of purchase, and a $15.00 check or money order to cover costs of postage, handling and service. This warranty does not cover the following: Defects related to servicing not performed by the Manufacturer or defects related to evidence that the Spy ware has been tampered with, misused, abused or altered. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties, obligations or liabilities. Manufacturer limits the duration of any warranty implied by state law, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particula! r purpose to 90 days from the date of original purchase.

Limitation of Liability.
